For more than 40 years, Quality Care for Children’s mission has been to ensure that Georgia’s infants and young children are nurtured and educated so that every child can reach their full potential by helping:
We are Quality Rated!
Quality Rated is Georgia’s system to determine, improve, and communicate the quality of programs that provide child care. Similar to rating systems for restaurants and hotels,
Georgia introduced its latest set of high-quality, research-based early learning standards for children birth to age five called the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS). This is the foundation used to develop Learning Beyond Paper, our curriculum of choice
All our facilities are licensed and monitored by Bright From the Start, Department of Early Care and Learning. Bright from the Start is responsible for meeting the child care and early education needs of Georgia’s children and their families.
We accept CAPS
The CAPS program supports early education goals by assisting low-income families with the cost of child care while they work, go to school or training, or participate in other work-related activities.
Georgia Nutritional Services’ goal is to help child care facilities and At-Risk programs understand the importance of child nutrition during the developmental stages of life.
In the state of Georgia, CACFP federal funds are administered by Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL): Bright from the Start (BFTS).
